Made from two layers of aluminum sheeting, laser cut and roll-formed to fit the vehicle perfectly. Dustproof, waterproof and lockable. Gas-strut supported.
These gull wings work like doors, not windows. They are mounted on 3 black stainless steel hinges on heavy duty aluminum tracks fixed to the vehicle body. This allows them to carry loads more effectively and seal on the window opening - not inside it - delivering increased access and opening aperture.
Sold as a pair or US Driver / US Passenger individually. These gull wings are sided i.e. not reversible between left and right side.
GX 470 does require removal of C-pillar plastic support insert where rear AC is present. Does not impact rear AC performance.
