The gas oven will heat up as quickly as 30-45 minutes while it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to heat up if you prefer to cook with wood. 

The PINNACOLO IBRIDO (Hybrid) Outdoor Pizza Oven allows you to choose to cook with Wood or Gas in the same oven. The IBRIDO puts you in charge of not just what you cook but how you cook it. You can cook using old world traditional Wood Fire and then simply switch to the modern Gas Fire.
