The Evergreen Stella Daylily is quite a stunner from the Southern Living Plant Collection! This is the 'improved' version of the classic Stella de Oro Daylily. Unlike the Stella de Oro, this daylily is evergreen and it has an extended bloom period. It produces golden-yellow trumpet blooms from Spring through Fall. The foliage is bright green and grows in clumps that spread over time. This is a perfect choice for container gardens, the foreground of mixed garden beds or hedges, borders, or as a groundcover.
