Soave is a white wine known for its melon and orange zest flavors as well as its ability to improve with age and the volcanic soil of the region can give this wine a flavor similar to Chablis. This truly intense aromatic wine includes aromas of flowering cherry trees and a harmonic blend of flavors including small dried fruits, acacia honey, and almonds with a hint of vanilla.
